- Refunds are applicable only to software development services where the work has not yet been completed or delivered. If the product has been delivered or the service has been rendered, refunds may not be applicable.
- For subscription-based services (e.g., SaaS products, API integrations), refunds may be issued within 7 days of the purchase, provided that no part of the service has been used.
2. Reasons for Refund:
Refunds can be requested under the following conditions:
- Service Delivery Delays: If there is a significant delay in delivering the agreed-upon solution beyond the committed timeline, you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
- Non-fulfillment of Features: If we fail to implement the features as per the initial agreement or project scope.
- Technical Issues: If the delivered software consistently fails to meet the performance or functionality standards as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Non-Refundable Cases:

- Services already completed and delivered to the client.
- Custom software or game development services, where the project has been completed according to the agreed-upon specifications.
- Subscription-based services, after usage has commenced beyond the refund period.
- Any third-party purchases or costs associated with the development (such as licenses, third-party software, etc.).
5. Refund Amount:
- Refunds will be processed after an evaluation of the service rendered or product delivered. The refund amount will be based on the value of work completed up to the point of the request.
- In cases where work has already been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the agreed milestones.
6. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval of your refund request. Please note that the time taken to reflect the refunded amount in your account may vary based on your payment provider.
